Designed by Edmonton based Architecture – Tkalcic Bengert, The new Plaza brought a pop of colour and vibrancy to The Quarters. It is home to the YMCA, Boyle Street Community League, and the Quarters Arts Society. The YMCA hosts a Family Resource Centre and offers programs such as Homework Help, Collective Kitchens, and Summer Day Camps. Yoga, badminton, floor hockey, and painting are just some of the classes offered by the Boyle Street Community League. The Quarter’s Arts Nights bring bi-monthly events to the Plaza with live music and open stages.
